Levels of Hospice Care Provided
Provided wherever the patient calls home, and is most common. This level of care includes visits from a hospice team to provide support.

Home Care
Short-term care is provided in the home during times of crisis, which require frequent treatment and medication.

Inpatient
Care (GIP)
Short-term care provided in an inpatient facility during a period of crisis which requires frequent monitoring and treatment.

Respite Care
Provided at a contract facility for up to five days to help family and caregivers rest.
